First let’s get the description out of the way.

2. I will respond by asking you five questions here. They will be different questions than the ones below.

And now, here are the Interview Questions from Natalie:
1. Of the yarns you've actually worked with (not counting yarn in your stash you haven't actually knit/crocheted with yet), which is your all-time favorite & why?
Oh! You are going to make me admit that I am a cheap knitter. Most of the yarn I use is Lion Brand. Right now I just can't afford better yarn, although I drool over it all the time when reading everyone's blogs. I am encouraged though because of blog reading I've come to know about online sites such as KnitPicks where it looks like I can get a better quality yarn at a good price. But as far as my favorite yarn I've used so far....I'll pick it based upon my finished projects. I just love my winter poncho I made from Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick. I wear it all the time, except on the coldest days. It was super fast to knit...even though it's huge, it only took me about 3 weeks. And after I washed it, it got super soft. I'm currently knitting another poncho from Wool-Ease Chunky that I think I'm going to really like as well, if I can finish it before the weather gets too warm.
2. Do you really think you'll finish that Microspun Poncho?
I am so optimistic about it. I actually really like the way the Microspun feels...so soft. And knit on the huge needles, it drapes nicely. But then reality sets in. Does a project frogged twice have a chance? Will I ever regain momentum on it? Do I really feel like knitting more with those giagantic needles? We'll just have to find out.
3. Is Tasha still doing OK?
Ahhh...an easy one! Yes, she's probably used up 8 of her 9 lives, but she's getting better and more frisky every day. She's even eating quite a bit now and has a little belly on her. I don't think she's back to her whopping 7 lbs that she usually is, but at least her bones don't stick out quite so much. She's also getting very spoiled because we're just so glad to have her around!
4. What is your favorite restaurant, and do you always order the same food there?
This is actually a tough one! I haven't been out to a "real" restaurant in a while. When we do go out it is usually Friendly's because of the boys. And while I almost always order the Turkey Supermelt and get a Heath Toffee Sundae for dessert, I wouldn't classify Friendly's as my favorite. I like the chain restaurants well enough (Applebee's has great Mudslides!), but I don't have a favorite among the Chili's/T.G.I.Friday's/Ruby Tuesday's/Bertucci's type. They're all mostly the same. (Although curiously we have them all in town.) I usually get a pasta or a chicken dish at one of them.
There is a great local restaurant downtown called Anthony Jack's. I haven't been there yet, but I just know that I will love it. Everyone raves about it. I think I will pick that as my favorite, sight unseen! :)
5. What do you think you will do with the bright crayon colors & yellow acrylic yarn that you have?
Ugh! So much cheap yarn. So little to do with it. A bunch of the teachers at school have really come out of the knitting closet lately. (Thanks to me and all my funky knit scarves and my poncho!) We've had vague conversations about starting a knitting group and such. But I'm thinking of suggesting that we start some charity knitting for our students. We work in a poor, urban environment and the kids are always needing hats and mittens. I think that might be the perfect use for that yarn. Very kid friendly in more ways than one. Easy to wash, fun colors, and holds up well under rough play (hat and mittens have already been road tested by my own boys). If we start now, we can have a nice stash of hats and mittens for next winter.
