This beautiful dishcloth design is of a Celtic knot. A true Celtic knot has no clear start or end and symbolizes the unending cycle of life.
The design is symmetrical, so adjustments are not needed for lefty knitters.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
