Conch Shell Knit Dishcloth Pattern
Conch Shell Knit Dishcloth Pattern
Time to collect some shells! This knit dishcloth pattern is a picture of a conch shell. It is a nearly solid design with some spaces to depict the lines on the shell and the spiral at the top. The shell tips slightly to the left.
The design is not symmetrical so adjustments might be needed for lefty knitters if it matters which way the shell is tipped.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
